Account Terms

Team Accounts

Subscription and Billing

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of annual plans
• Free plan users may delete their account at any time
• Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation

• Any content you create using our platform

License Grant

By using VibeInsight, you grant us a limited license to:

• Display your content within the platform interface

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeInsight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data processing and analysis, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your data and any insights generated. We recommend reviewing AI-generated content and queries before using them for critical business decisions.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account deletion features. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for data export.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of immediate security concerns.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.
